A grandmother was “very shocked” to discover a horse in her again backyard after her 13-year-old granddaughter ordered it from the web.

The animal welfare charity mentioned the horse, named Mr Melvin Andrews, was underweight and coated in mites.
Charlotte Melvin, from the charity, mentioned a person dumped the horse on the home on Ford Inexperienced Highway with “no phrases of recommendation” on 27 April, “leaving a really shocked nan”.
She mentioned Mr Melvin Andrews “clearly was not handled properly earlier than being deserted” and the earlier proprietor has not been discovered.
